This vacation rental condo has just undergone a complete remodel, and everything is brand new! Including, the kitchens stainless steel appliances, Keurig machine, quartz counters, flooring, furniture, and large HDTV's. Enjoy Gulf views from the dining area and breakfast bar that seats 12 comfortably. The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony. The second bedroom is a king suite with its own private bath and walk-in shower. The third bedroom also has a king bed and a twin bunk bed with a trundle bed and attached bath. The living room also offers a sofa sleeper for additional guests. This condo conveniently offers HDTVs in all rooms and a laundry room. With more than enough room for 10 guests, this condo is perfect for a family vacation or a beach getaway with friends.

With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
