This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate up to 2 guests, in addition to a twin sleeper sofa, which can sleep 1. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to 4. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony, and has its own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 7.

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
