With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.

The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is newly renovated and features stainless steel appliances and a regular coffee maker. It's also fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views of the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The guest room offers 2 twin-size beds, an HDTV, and an attached full bathroom. A washer and dryer can be found in the room for your convenience, and it sleeps a total of 6.

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
